第1步首先，电脑上必须有AI和Adobe acrobat的软件，没有可以网上下载。

第2步第一种方法。

优点：保留编辑功能，PDF可以再次进行编辑。

缺点：文件比较大。

第3步AI中打开文件。

第4步文件另存为，打开另存为对话框。保存类型选择PDF。

第5步出现存储为PDF选项，可以根据自己的需要勾选相应的选项。确定-存储完毕。

第6步第二种方法。

优点：文件比较小。

缺点：再次编辑有时候会丢失部分文件。

第7步文件另存为，打开另存为对话框。保存类型选择EPS。

第8步出现存EPS选项，可以根据自己的需要勾选相应的选项。确定-存储完毕。

第9步找到文件，右键转换为PDF，等待出来PDF后，关闭时选择保存。

第10步可以比较下两次存储的文件大小。如下，左侧第一种方法保存，大小289kb;右侧第二种方法保存，大小147kb

如何将AI/ePS格式文件转为PPT格式

平时见到很多AI或ePS文件都想直接拿来放到PPT上，对于很多图片来说，只需转png就可以导入到PPT了，但对于一些图表，在导入PPT的时候还想要编辑下，这个时候就要用到下面的将AI/ePS格式文件转为PPT格式方法了。

1、使用AI打开矢量素材，选中需要的素材后ctrl+c复制下来;

2、回到PPT界面，使用快捷键ctrl+alt+v选择增强型图片进行粘贴;

3、对要粘贴的素材取消组合或右键编辑图片，根据系统弹出的提示框，选择确认转换为Office图形;

4、在PPT中对素材进行放大或缩小;

5、如果你是将很多元素一起粘贴到PPT里，然后在PPT里编辑他们，则需要在PPT里取消组合(选中元素->点击鼠标右键->组合->取消组合);
